Catch These Compliments® by The Love Bomb Room® is a global movement that celebrates life, people, and community through words of affirmation and the arts.

We curate live events, shows, workshops, panel discussions, installations, brand activations, festivals, programs, and multimedia content — designed to invigorate the spirit through education, entertainment, and shared creativity.

Through laughter, music, and every form of art — from architecture to the culinary arts — we spark joy, promote healing, champion self-love, and self-expression. We're currently on an independently produced mini-global tour with our series, Heal The Self through The Arts.

Born spontaneously in December 2020 on a social audio app during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Love Bomb Room® "Catch These Compliments®" (then one entity) created good vibes in dark times, reminding the community to celebrate the gift of life. Over time, Catch These Compliments® took on a life of its own and grew into a distinct, thriving identity.

Built on a powerful message and unwavering commitment, we've expanded from a gathering of just five voices to a movement of thousands — making real-world impact in vibrant cities like NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, London, and Osaka, Japan — and this is only the beginning.
